Special GM OEM style 7/16" lug nuts with external threads. They have smaller hex size (3/4") These lug nuts fit Chevy, GMC trucks and vans. They are used to accept screw on newer decorative covers or caps onto the older GM trucks and vans which have 7/16" thread stud.
