Toyota, Lexus OEM mag style 12mm x 1.50 threads chromed locking set, including a set of 4 locking nuts and 1 key.  They fit Toyota trucks and cars (except Land Cruiser 1998-on, Sequoia 08-on) and Lexus cars (except LX 470, LS460, LS460L, LX570) with factory aluminum wheels.  Washers are built in.  Our application guide page will answer most of your application fitment questions but ask us for unanswered question.
