How do I cancel or return an item?
Any part purchased from ezAccessory.com that needs to be returned for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days after receipt of the goods, provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The part must be unused, in its original resalable condition. All parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note all custom built wheel adapters are non-returnable.
We will waive restocking fees if your return is the result of an erroneous shipment by ezAccessory.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RA (Return Authorization number).
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For your protection, we suggest that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and a shipment tracking number.
Cancellation can usually made immediately after purchase. If the order has already been processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled and you should follow our return procedures to return the products.
