This type of adapter is used for 6 lug 5.5" (139.7mm) bolt pattern many recent Chevy cars/trucks to fit 6 lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. Adapter bore diamter is 78mm.  Check your hub diameter before purchase.  CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum. New wheel studs and lug nuts are included.

These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:

• Chevrolet: C/K 1500 2/4WD (99-01), Silverado 2/4WD (99-on), Sierra 2/4WD (99-on), Avalanche (01-on), Tahoe, Yokon (95-on), Blazer-Full Size 4WD (92-94), Suburban (92-on)

• GMC: G.M. - K1500 4WD (88-ON), GMC - Denali (98-on)

Note: These adapters will NOT fit Colorado (04-on).  They do NOT fit on some earlier Chevys like K-5 Blazer (69-70), Blazer Full Size 2/4WD (71-91), 4WD Suburban 1/2 Ton (71-91), Chevy Pickups & Vans (46-70). They will NOT fit any Toyota or Nissan 6 lug pickup truck.
