Toyota, Lexus OEM open end mag style 12mm x 1.50 threads nice chromed lug nuts.  They fit Toyota trucks and cars (except Land Cruiser 1998-on) and Lexus cars (except LX 470) with factory aluminum wheels.  Washers are built in.
